What's included with your stall, what to arrange yourself, and the terms that apply once you book.
Exact inclusions depend on the stall size/category booked and are confirmed at the time of booking, but generally include:
LED screens, TVs, digital displays, extra lighting, special electrical equipment, additional furniture or branding material beyond what's included are at your own cost — including installation and removal. Any such installation needs prior written approval from the organising committee and must meet the venue's electrical, fire and safety requirements.
Exhibition dates, timings, setup, reporting and dismantling windows are communicated to every confirmed exhibitor in advance by email and WhatsApp. Stalls must not be dismantled or vacated early without approval, and all goods must be removed within the dismantling period.
As the exhibitor, you're responsible for any licences, registrations and approvals your business needs by law — GST registration, an FSSAI licence for food stalls, trade licences and intellectual property clearances. The organiser doesn't verify or warrant your product/service, and any sale or dispute with a visitor is strictly between you and them.
